Morrowind's 3000+ mods often clash unpleasantly with the game's existing content, so it's refreshing to wash up on Dulsya Isle - a new island with characters and quests that feel genuinely in keeping.
The action focuses on two rival entrepreneurs hoping to develop their Dulsyan settlements into sprawling metropolises. It starts to get interesting when one of the fledgling towns actually gets bigger each time you visit, the expansions relating to the tasks you've carried out for the founder.
Just as impressive, though, is the polish and attention to detail applied to every aspect. There are also some fine scripted events, such as an army of skeletons descending on the town.
One warning, though: Bloodmoon players gripped by nightly lupine frenzies may find that on waking the next morning, naked and in the middle of nowhere, they've killed and eaten a plot-critical character or two.

Here goes nothing. Dulsya Isle 1.0 is ready for download. I've also opened up some forums if you're in to that kind of thing.
